"Vegas Born” I am a second-generation Realtor who followed in my father’s footsteps, earning my license in 1993. Passionate about property management, I specialize in maximizing returns for property owners while creating exceptional living experiences for our residents. 

I believe “The purpose of business is to "fund" an amazing life."

Destiny is a Las Vegas native who briefly spent some of her time in the UK. Before getting into real estate and property management, she was in hotel management for 15 years. She volunteers for Hearts AliveVillage Animal Rescue and loves pilates and paddleboarding.

Michelle has lived in Las Vegas for 23 years and loves all of the fun and activities Vegas has to offer. She enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years and her two girls. Michelle enjoys being outdoors, walking her dog, Zumba, cooking, and of course... eating!

Originally from Michigan, Shae now proudly calls Vegas home. A local ceramic artist, cake decorator to her friends, and reality TV enthusiast, she’s all about creativity—whether it’s shaping clay or perfecting desserts!"

Melinda is a mother of one and has lived in Las Vegas since she was less than a year old. She is one of the few people that actually enjoy the hot Vegas summers!

She has lived in Vegas her whole life except to attend college at UNCO. When she's not at the office taking calls she is hanging with her dog Tucker, or swimming at the closest pool. She loves sneaking edible cookie dough and sour patch kids into movie theatres and is a sucker for Disney.

Although born in New York, Elissa was raised in the Sunshine State and enjoys a nice day at the beach! Since moving to Las Vegas she has found a new love of hiking with her dog and husband!

Brian was born is Escalon, California. He danced professionally for 13 years and has completed over 11 marathons! He’s our shining star! Brian has been a part of the McKenna team for 17 years.

Born and raised in California, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and motorcycle rides with her husband. She has worked with McKenna for 11 years.

Raised in Louisiana, she has worked with McKenna for 10 years. Fun fact: She was on her high school cheerleading team and is a die-hard Saints fan.

Andrew is a California native with a passion for exploring new places. Recently he moved from Washington to Las Vegas. When heis not learning more about investing, you'll find him spending time with his wife and adorable dog. He is an avid anime enthusiast and makes sure to keep the mind and body in sync.

She was born and raised in Vegas, but loves to travel so she can experience and embrace all cultures. She is all about zen and it may be the Libra in her, but she tends to try to always keep the peace. If everyone’s happy, she's happy! Her motto? Keep moving forward!

Melia is originally from Santa Cruz, CA, but has spent the last 15 years in Las Vegas. She loves interior design, being creative, travelling, and just enjoying nature. Melia lives by the motto of "Love the life you live and live the life you love."

Although she was born in Las Vegas, growing up, she would spend every summer on the beaches of  Kona, Hawai'i and running around the city of Chicago. She enjoys photography,  reading, and going out with friends in her spare time.

Emily brings passion, creativity, and energy to The McKenna Team. As a dedicated realtor and admin assistant, she thrives on helping her clients and keeping operations running smoothly. Her favorite activities include binging reality TV, eating sushi, and walking her furry friend Roo.
